RESIDENCE IN MYKONOS

The site is located in a rural part of Mykonos Island in Greece. Total plot area is 4,000m² which the minimum requirement for building outside city boundaries. The architectural services included the design of the main residence, extensive landscaping, luxury guest houses, car parking, a small chapel and a swimming pool. 

 

The site slops a total of 10m from the entrance point to the south end. Activities are spread in different levels separating the private areas from the more public, while maintaining long views to the island and the Mediterranean Sea. Project span 2010-2012.
