Tanya Saroglou is a Qualified Architect, both in England and Greece. After a one year Arts & Design Foundation course, she moved to London and continued her studies in Kingston University.  There she completed both Bachelor & Diploma from 1997 to 2003. In 2007 she was awarded the Professional Practice & Management in Architecture Certificate from UCL and registered with ARB, Architects Registration Board. In 2009 she enrolled with TEE, the Technical Chamber of Greece.

 

Starting a few years ago Tanya took part in a variety of seminars, workshops and discussions on sustainable design and the use of clean technologies. In Greece she became a member of Anelixi, a private non-government organization of professionals that promote green development, and led a workshop for Ecoweek 2011, organized in Thessaloniki.

 

The culmination of the above knowledge and research was through the MA Advance Sustainable Design course with Edinburgh University in 2011-13. The masters gave a critical insight into sustainability as a cultural, economic and environmental phenomenon as well as sustainability as bioclimatic building design.
