Chaumet UK is a major building refurbishment in Bond Street, London. This was my Part 3 project for the qualification of Professional Management and Practice in Architecture with UCL University of London, during 2006-07. The Case Study was awarded a B+.

Chaumet hired Househam Henderson Architects as the Executive Architects for Project Managing the project between a French design team, French cabinet manufactures and an English contractor. The work entailed granting Planning Permissions, Tender biding and follow Construction to completion and defects. This was a very particular project that required advance coordination between a number of professionals, operating simultaneously in France and the UK.
