Luxury two-floor Mezonetes with lower level parking  located in Thermi, wider Thessaloniki.

This is a 2000m2 plot of land on a flat site in the outskirts of Thermi. It is a newly developed area with a new network of roads constructed at the same time as the housing.

The development consists of  nine 2-floor residencies and four studios.  There is a combination of private and public gardens to allow for best distribution of spaces as well as socializing. This is considered a luxury development with high-class fittings. Design was completed in 2010. Construction is put on hold at the moment.
